Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept any order cancellations after receipt of payment, prior to shipment and delivery. However, if you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help. We respond to all requests on an individual basis.

If you wish to exchange an item or if you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and we'll exchange it or issue a refund. Please note that you must contact us (within 12 hours of delivery) if you would like an exchange or refund. This policy is to prevent people who purchase an item, wear it once and then request a refund. 

By original condition we mean: 

  • You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition.

  • You haven’t used or worn the product for just one day/night.

  • You haven't removed or tampered with the security label and the product can be resold at full price. 

Products that cannot be returned: 

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene purposes).

  • Custom designs, products made to your own specifications or personalised for you (unless damaged in the shipping and delivery process). 

We will always keep in contact with you throughout this process to ensure that your exchange or refund is resolved and completed without delay. If you return products which are outside our returns and exchange policy, we’re unable to issue a refund.
